1. Expand access to the ballot by requiring all 50 states to offer early voting periods for at least two weeks prior to Election Day, including on nights and weekends, for at least 10 hours per day.
2. Create a national standard permitting no-excuse vote-by-mail for every eligible voter.
3. Protect individuals with disabilities by requiring each state to ensure that individuals with disabilities have the same access to absentee ballots and applications as other voters, as well as making them electronically accessible to voters with disabilities.

7. Restore federal voting rights to formerly incarcerated citizens upon their release.
8. Ensure fair congressional maps are drawn by requiring strong, uniform rules for redistricting.
9. Curb "dark money" in politics by requiring gifts exceeding $10,000 to be publicly disclosed.
10. Prohibit the dissemination of false and misleading information designed to deter eligible voters from casting a ballot.
